Physical activity and teamwork are essential for growing minds. Our students engage in physical sports like football (soccer), basketball, athletics, and mind sport like Chess, Monopoly, Scrabble. Every child, regardless of skill level, is encouraged to take part and find joy in the movement.
Event & Traditions
The school calendar is filled with events that create lasting memories. We host science fairs, coding hackathons, and invention expos where students can present their projects and innovations to parents and industry guests. Cultural days celebrate Nigeria’s rich heritage alongside global cultures, broadening our students’ horizons. We also have fun traditions like an annual Tech Week, entrepreneurship pitch competitions, talent shows, and festive celebrations for holidays. Each event is designed to be educational, inclusive, and inspiring.
Community Service Projects
As part of the Ihifix ethos, students learn early on that they can make a difference. Through our Foundation’s initiatives, students of all ages participate in community service. They might help organize a neighborhood clean-up, visit a local orphanage with donations and tech workshops, or collaborate on creating educational content for under-served schools. These projects instill compassion, leadership, and a sense of responsibility. Parents are often invited to join these efforts, strengthening our “school family” bond and showing children that giving back is a shared value.
Parental Involvement
We see education as a partnership between school and home. Parents at Ihifix are active participants in our community. We maintain open lines of communication, from regular parent-teacher meetings and newsletters to an easy-to-use online portal where you can track your child’s progress and class updates. Parents are welcome at school events, and we even host occasional Parent Tech Workshops to help you understand the tools and topics your child is learning (so you can better support them at home). When your child joins Ihifix, your whole family becomes part of our community.
